Each lesson is aimed to help you to attain your life goals and wellbeing through self-practice. You will also acquire skills and habits that enhance your physical activity that you will discover how to activate your joints, muscles and energy system, achieve peak physical fitness and mental health, and raise your consciousness with this holistic program. You will also understand the yogic culture, diet and lifestyle that will sustain your practice and your life goals.
