Karala Sutru – 28 Sessions

This class purely about Karalakattai / Mudgar practice. You will learn how to swing the Karala / Mudgar with fluidity and power, while also developing your balance, coordination and flexibility. This class is suitable for all people who wish to add Karalakattai / Mudgar to their routine life.

Gada / Mace Flow – 21 Sessions

This class teaches you how to use the gada or mace, a traditional weapon turned to traditional fitness equipment.
